Raštikijada: the Kale cooking competition

A unique event is a compound of competition in preparing dishes from Kale and presentation of cultural life in Herzegovina. The competition itself is used to get acquainted with new recipes of one almost forgotten meal, to meet the lovers of that dish and to promote it. The goal is to return the restaurant to family menus and family tables after years of forgetting and neglect.
