Rose Festival

The Rose festival in the village of Agros

Every year in May, the village of Agros is hosting a rose festival, dedicated to the beautifully scented Damascus roses used to make all sorts of cosmetic and culinary products in Cyprus. The Rose Festival is organized over two weekends in May and visitors can see how the roses are collected and made into beautiful products, they can also try and buy these products at the festival while enjoying the folklore program and live rose water distillation.
